Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy

1. Shop Checkout Method:

Once you choose the product you want to purchase, you will be directed do your PayPal account to make the payment. If you want to purchase a product and send to a friend or family. Add a note to us on your PayPal account or change the shipping address.

2. Content of the Site

Venny’s undertakes to provide adequate descriptions and visual representations of the products presented on the Site. Venny’s does however not warrant that the information or graphics contained on the Site or that are accessible through the Services would be at any time reliable, accurate, up-to-date, useful or comprehensive.

3. Intellectual Property

All Content and, more generally, all items posted on or available through the Site (texts, images, sounds, etc., excluding the content provided by the users), are the exclusive property of Venny’s or used by Venny’s with the copyright or trademark right holder’s express authorization or license. These elements shall not be reproduced, used or represented without the express authorization of Venny’s or third-party owner. You acknowledge and agree that any infringement of copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property right may give a rise to civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.

4. Payment Methods

We accept PayPal. Easily shop online without having to enter credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for PayPal account, visit the website. PAYPAL.COM.

5. Item availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping

International shipping is currently available worldwide from Venny’s. We use ctt expresso for shipping. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM, will begin processing that day. Excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM will begin processing on the following Monday.


How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting the ctt expresso website.

7. Returns And Refunds

You can return any item purchased on WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. Here’s How:

  • Make sure the merchandise you return is in it’s ORIGINAL CONDITION, TAGS AND PACKAGING INCLUDED.

Once your package reaches the warehouse please allow 3 to 7 business days (Depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.


We usually accept returns WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the PAYMENT METHOD used:

PAYPAL: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 Hours of the return confirm.
