When deciding to move abroad, one has to be aware that one is moving to a social context totally different from ours, and adopting ourselves to it is undoubtedly the biggest challenge.

Aesthetically, it is almost a matter of survival that we try to adapt our style to theirs, so as not to “undo” or to be misinterpreted. A task that for a young person living outside their country is more complicated than it seems.

However, there is also a need for affirmation in us. To show who we are, where we came from, and how we respect our culture.
This was how it was founded in 2012 by a group of Angolan youths with shared goals and values ​​at Venny’s. Venny’s started in Lisbon (where the company headquarters is located) and today it has affiliated with Portugal and Angola.

From the admiration of two grandchildren for his grandfather, the name “Venny’s” was born in Portuguese: “From Venâncio”, the grandchildren of Venâncio.
More than a brand, Venny’s is the continuation of a legacy, whose main pillars are the values ​​and teachings left by the “Grandfather Venancio”.
